The time is now
C’mon… let’s get started!
And now over to you… Because it’s all about YOU!
There has never been a better time to stop talking and start doing!
What? I hear you say? Wait a sec… I haven’t a clue where to start! I just know I’m stuck, uninspired, demotivated, discombobulated and I don’t know what’s next… Time’s running out… I don’t want to waste my life… but I’m dissatisfied, going round in circles… and frankly… I’m more than a bit frightened.
Congratulations – if any of that resonates with you! Your acknowledgement that there’s more to explore is a great first step! And once you’ve taken a first step, it’s so much easier to take another and another. These don’t have to be huge steps – even baby steps will make a positive impact!
But hang on… I’m still in my pyjamas/have a casserole in the oven/haven’t got over my child leaving home/stuck in my rubbish job/my favourite show is on TV (or whatever excuse you’d like to insert here). I just need a moment…
That’s ok! Give yourself a moment of grace to allow the thought of going from midlife funk to finding your midlife mojo to sink in. Remember.. small steps… small, meaningful, impactful, measurable, achievable steps are what we’re talking about here! (However, if you want to go full pelt with gusto because you’re already sitting in the driving seat trying to figure out your best route, I’ll definitely be in the passenger seat with you).
Whatever pace you work at, the ultimate goal is to be proactive, not reactive and make great decisions to shape and craft a life you love.
A few reasons we should have a chat
